He routinely covers anywhere within roughly 50 miles of San Antonio, including all of Bexar County and the surrounding communities, and regularly goes farther into the Hill Country for practices in Kerrville and Fredericksburg.
The 50-mile figure is a guideline, not a fence. Dr. Miller schedules travel around case volume — a practice a little farther out with several cases to treat in one day is often easier to serve than a closer office with one. Kerrville and Fredericksburg started exactly that way.

Dr. Miller is an independent surgical partner, not an employee of the practices he serves. He brings the sedation equipment, monitoring and surgical expertise to their operatory — so the patient never has to be referred out of the office they already trust.
